Causes of high temperature rise of injection molding machine and its treatment
(1) The tank volume is too small, the cooling area is not enough, but the capacity of the cooling device is too small.
(2) According to the fast forward speed, the quantitative pump oil supply system with oil pump capacity will have most of the excess flow back from the overflow valve under high pressure and generate heat.
(3) In the system, the unloading circuit fails or the unloading circuit is not set, so the oil pump cannot unload when it stops working, and all the flow of the pump overflows under high pressure, resulting in overflow loss and heating, resulting in temperature rise.
(4) The system pipeline is too thin and too long, too much bending, local pressure loss and pressure loss along the way are large.
(5) The mechanical friction loss between relative motions is large because of the poor accuracy and assembly quality of components.
(6) The fitting clearance of fitting parts is too small, or the use of wear leads to excessive clearance, large internal and external leakage, resulting in large volume loss, such as the reduction of pump volume efficiency and rapid temperature rise.
(7) The working pressure of the hydraulic system is adjusted much higher than the actual need. Sometimes it is because the seal is too tight, or because the seal is damaged and the leakage increases, the pressure has to be adjusted to work.
(8) The high temperature of gas and working environment causes the rise of oil temperature.
(9) If the viscosity of the selected oil is improper, the viscosity will be high, the viscosity resistance will be high, and if the viscosity is too small, the leakage will increase, both of which can cause the heating temperature rise. (1) According to different load requirements, check and adjust the pressure of overflow valve regularly to make it just right.
(2) Select the hydraulic oil reasonably, especially the viscosity of the oil, and try to use a lower viscosity to reduce the viscosity friction loss when the conditions allow.
(3) Improve the lubrication condition of moving parts to reduce friction loss, reduce working load and heat. (screw)
(4) Improve the assembly quality and self precision of hydraulic components and hydraulic system, strictly control the fitting clearance of fitting parts and improve the lubrication conditions. Using the sealing material with small friction coefficient and improving the sealing structure, the starting force of the hydraulic cylinder is reduced as much as possible to reduce the heat generated by the mechanical friction loss.
